Delivery
Shipments within the United States and Canada are sent via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail unless you request special delivery services or if the equipment is beyond the limits of UPS regulations.
*Canadian customers please note - We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be incurred when importing items into your country.
"Drop Shipped" products, from other manufacturers, may be subject to delays beyond our control. We will make every effort to expedite all orders.
**Free Delivery** applies ONLY to the items designated as (**FREE Delivery**) and is available only via UPS-Ground Service within the Continental United States. Additional fees will be added to Free Delivery (**FREE Delivery**) orders if additional "non-free delivery" items are included in the shipment, the delivery address is out of the standard delivery zones, if delivery requires special handling or if the customer selects a premium delivery service.
Common Carrier
All Equipment shipped by Common Carrier (TRUCK) must be unloaded by the receiver. Truck drivers will only move equipment to the tail of the truck.
*PLEASE NOTE* - If your delivery is to a residential address, make certain you have the ability to unload the equipment. If not, please make arrangements for the delivery to be held on the Freight Company Dock for your pick up.
Shipping Damage/Discrepancies
Shipping damage that is obvious upon receipt must be reported immediately to the shipping company. Hidden damage, discrepancies or shortages must be reported to the carrier, in writing, within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns
We do accept returns in most case within 7 days of original purchase. All items must be returned in their original cartons and must be in brand new, unused, sellable condition. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
