Sales tax is charged to Ohio shipping addresses only.

All items are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order. Custom orders may take longer.
Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground with insurance. Some small items may be shipped via USPS. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box when shipping via UPS.
We do accept returns in most case within 30 days of original purchase. All items must be returned in their original cartons and must be in brand new, unused and in original packaging. All orders returned outside of the 30 day window are subject to a restocking fee. We cannot give refunds on items without their original packaging or in used condition. Yes, if the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to get the items back to us for a refund or exchange.
We do accept Canadian orders through our website. For all other countries we accept payment via Wire Transfer only. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be incurred when shipping to your country.
