Powermax system extended warranty
For a limited time, we are offering a 1 year extension on our regular 3 year warranty on all Powermax® power supplies. Please read on for the terms of the promotion.
Full terms of the promotion
Subject to the terms and conditions of Hypertherm’s General Warranty and the additional terms and conditions provided at the numbered paragraphs below, Hypertherm’s Powermax family of products is, for a limited time only, eligible for added protection under this limited extended warranty (“Extended Warranty”). To the extent any terms of the General Warranty conflict with, or are contrary to, the terms of this Extended Warranty, the terms of the Extended Warranty shall prevail. The additional terms and conditions of the Extended Warranty are as follows:
1. To be eligible for the Extended Warranty:
a. the Powermax power supply must have been purchased on or after January 1, 2021;
b. the Powermax power supply must have been purchased in the United States or Canada; and
c. within thirty (30) days following purchase, the original purchaser must register their Powermax product online at www.hypertherm.com/registration, using the promotional code “Warranty”. To the extent applicable to the Powermax product, the terms and conditions of the General Warranty will then apply for the term of the Extended Warranty.
2. The Extended Warranty shall commence upon the expiration of the applicable General Warranty term and shall run for a period of one (1) year.
3. The Extended Warranty promotion will expire on August 31, 2021, provided, however, that Hypertherm may, in its sole discretion, discontinue the Extended Warranty promotion at any time before the foregoing expiration date. Any Powermax products not registered on or before August 31, 2021 (or the date on which Hypertherm otherwise discontinues the Extended Warranty promotion) shall be ineligible for the Extended Warranty.
4. Powermax product registrations completed by anyone other than the original purchaser (e.g., distributor, seller, etc.) will be deemed invalid and not subject to the Extended Warranty.
